Lease Renewal

Dear Tenant:

This is to advise you that your current lease on the above stated apartment expires on, 2002 at which time you must either vacate the apartment and return possession to us, as landlord, or have a signed renewal addendum under the terms and conditions described below.

If you wish to renew your lease on this apartment, the new term will begin, 2002
and end, 2003. The new renewal amount during the stated one year term will be $000.00 per month. All other conditions of your current lease will remain in effect, including but not limited to all terms regarding rental payments and late fees. (Please refer to your original lease for the exact wording and explanation of all terms and conditions.)

Kindly acknowledge your consent of the terms of this renewal addendum by signing both copies in the appropriate space below and return both to our rental office within 10 days of the above date for the landlord's signature. One copy will be returned to you for your files.

If you choose not to renew your current lease, you must submit to our rental office, a 30 day notice to your landlord, in writing, with your intent to vacate. Please include a forwarding address, also. You must vacate the apartment on or before the last day of the current lease term.

PLEASE SUBMIT $00.00 ADDITIONAL SECURITY AT TIME OF SIGNING LEASE.
