Sublet Rider

Addendum to rental agreement/Apartment_______________________

Permission is hereby granted to sublet the demised premises for the unexpired portion of the lease term herein, in AS IS condition, (that is the apartment will not be cleaned or painted), provided that the sub-tenant be acceptable to Snow Asset Mgt. Inc. with respect to character and financial responsibility and that sub-tenant shall assume in writing all of the terms, covenants, and conditions of the rental agreement for the balance of said term. Original tenant's obligations nevertheless continue in full force and effect. Tenant/sub-tenant agrees to pay the sum of $25 to Snow Asset Mgt. Inc. as an administrative service charge.
