Transfer Clause

If tenant should terminate lease due to transfer, at least fifty (50) miles from present location, with proof of transfer on new employer's letterhead, tenant will forfeit one month's security, second month's security will be returned provided there are no damages or cleaning charges. Written notice of your election to terminate your lease must be given 30 days prior to move out. Notice must be given by the last day of the month prior to the month of move-out. For example, 30th of September notice, if moving October 31st. If tenant stays any days in a given month, they are responsible for the full month's rent. If a tenant does not give the 30 days written notice, tenant is responsible for the entire month (1st thru 30th or 31st) of the month they are vacating during, in addition to the security forfeited for using the transfer clause.

WRITTEN NOTICE MUST BE RECEIVED ON EMPLOYER'S LETTERHEAD.
